Lenmcharristar 9,908 Posted May 24, 2017 Report Share Posted May 24, 2017 see along with your salmon. make tin foil parcels, stick in 6 baby potatos, some cliced red or yellow peppers, and a sliced red onion, grind in some salt and black pepper, some garlic italian and drizzle sweet chilli sauce over them too add a little water and mix throughly then seal up the parcel and about 60 to 70 mins later youll have the most delicious sweet chilli side dish with your fish 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I've got 2 salmon fillets for Friday's bbq, I fancy a nice marinade with chilli... How'd I go about it please? More descriptive the better! part smoked salmon scallops n prawns marinated 10hr , 5 mins on the bbq, base sauce usually piri piri sauce from Portugal at the mo its nandos hot sauce mixed with any hot sauces I pick up along the way, with fresh squeezed lime lemon for fish lemon n orange for chicken chopped garlic me own chillie oil , I add me own dried chillies and chillie chutney for extra heat then whatever fresh chillies I can get me hands on at the mo its thai and birdseye , baste the food in the marinade before and while cooking add few fresh herbs near the end and sink a few beers before during and after cooking you havnt got to add all the hot bits its just we do Edited May 25, 2017 by green lurchers 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
